Step 1: Open the iTunes application

Step 2: Locate the “iTunes store” tab in the left side tool bar under “Store.” Some great needs for the classroom are games, audiobooks, and Apps (applications such as flash cards, wallpapers, simple games, and other non game activities).

Games:

Step 1: To find games go to the top black bar. Click on arrow next to “App Store” and select “Games.”

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then look to the right under “More Games” and

find “Educational.”

Step 3: Browse through the games, the price is located to the right. To find more information about the game and to find reviews about the game click on the name/picture icon. (Top free apps are located to the top right of the screen.)

Step 1: To find audiobooks go to the top black bar. Click on “Audiobooks,” if looking for a specific genre select the arrow next to “Audiobooks,” for our purposes we will select “Kids & Young Adults.”

Step 2: The top selections will display, to find a specific title, go to the search box on the far top right of the page (look for the magnifying glass).

Step 3:Type the title or author of the book to search.

Step 4: To purchase a book or find more information, click on the name/picture icon.

Step 1: To find apps go to the top black bar. Click on the arrow next to “App Store” and select “Education.”

Step 2: Browse through the applications to find one that fits your needs. If looking for a specific application (i.e. flashcards) you can search in the search bar located on the far top right of the page (look for the magnifying glass). (Top free apps are located to the top right of the screen).
